OC- Noel

_{Didn't know weather to put this under sci-fi or fantasy orz;;;}
I know there's something or someone with a similar colour scheme but I can't put a finger on who it is -sob sob-

dfjks;LAal;asd... this was the only colour scheme I could think of to suit her ;__; And yes... a dress under that clothing... I will probably make a bad fashion designer xD; I've always wanted a character who wore a monocle

She is called Noel because she was found on christmas day *bricked*

She is meant to represent a black hole in one of my original stories and thought with this scheme: she's blending in...she's blending in with humans...
Her earphone thing stuff represesents her mood or what she is talking about (you can also use it to tell weather she is lying or not )
I... I guess it's the dark part of her hair that absorbs stuff... ugh..I'll explain more later @___@
